Virtual worlds and games spaces like the Virtual History Centre are a fun way to learn – you can explore, make new friends and talk to people from around the world.
However, there are some expectations or guidelines that you must follow if you wish to visit the Virtual History Centre. Check out the notes below:
- Always be respectful to others.
- Use Good Words! No foul, offensive or hurtful language!
- Treat others with kindness.
- Protect your privacy – Never give out your password or other personal details when in world!
- Support Other Users – Help others by sharing what you’ve learnt inworld.
- Listen to your Facilitators and your teacher. If you need help contact support@virtualhistorycentre.com
- Ask for support – If you have difficulties in world or are concerned about another user or your own safety, you can talk to your teacher.Or you can go to any of the “Report an Issue” signs in-world. You can also use the Support Form to report the problem, and the Virtual History Centre Support team will assist you: support@virtualhistorycentre.com
